JRL calls for shutdown on June 25 change from Tuesday to Monday Expresses concern over resumption of operation All-Out

Srinagar, Jun 24 (KNS): Expressing serious concern over the re-starting of operation All-Out and CASOS with full vengeance against the people of Kashmir especially in South Kashmir which has resulted in the killing of four innocent civilians in the firing of trigger-happy forces, JRL comprising Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Mohammad Yasin Malik has called for a complete shutdown against the planned genocide of Kashmiri youth by the Indian State on June 25 (Monday). 
In a joint statement issued to KNS, the JRL said operation all out was restarted by forces and CASO in South Kashmir villages resulting in harassment of people of all ages and when people resist to forces action they are showered with pellets and bullets with a sole aim of killing them.JRL said that residential houses are being blasted and

Srinagar: Several locals including women were allegedly beaten by government forces soon after vehicle of 55 Rashtriya rifles was targeted on Watchi Darbagh road on Friday.
Talking to media, locals alleged that an hour after blast took place in the area, forces barged into many residential houses and beat up family members and ransacked other property as well.

This isn’t about Article 35A or delimitation: Omar on operational alert of forces

Srinagar: Former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir Omar Abdullah on Friday said that putting of Army and Airforce on high alert is about something very different and not about article 35A or delimitation.
Mr. Abdullah wrote on his Twitter handle, “What “on going situation” in Kashmir would require the army AND the Air Force to be put on alert? This isn’t about 35A or delimitation. This sort of alert, if actually issued, would be about something very different.”
