Pakistan PM Imran Khan condemns innocent killings, calls for resolution of Kashmir dispute

Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday condemned the killing of seven civilians following a gunfight in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district yesterday while calling for resolution of Kashmir dispute.
In a tweet, Khan asked India to resolve the issue according to the wishes of Kashmiri people.
“Strongly condemn the new cycle of killings of innocent Kashmiris in IOK by Indian security forces. It is time India realised it must move to resolve the Kashmir dispute through dialogue in accordance with the UN SC resolutions & the wishes of the Kashmiri people,” tweeted Khan.

Srinagar: Several locals including women were allegedly beaten by government forces soon after vehicle of 55 Rashtriya rifles was targeted on Watchi Darbagh road on Friday.
Talking to media, locals alleged that an hour after blast took place in the area, forces barged into many residential houses and beat up family members and ransacked other property as well.
